GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DESIGN BUILD SERVICES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
We tailor our commercial construction services to the individual needs of our diverse clientele. To get started, we take the time to listen and understand the overall needs and long-term objectives for the project to ensure your construction goals and visions are realized. We are not your ordinary contractor - you can count on us for turn-key services, construction staffing and supervision, safety compliance, financial oversight, cost estimating and closely overseeing and identifying issues that could impact the timeline. No matter the project, we stand behind our work and strive to ensure all goals and priorities are met.
Managing multiple concurrent and phased projects takes a well experienced team—this is where our expertise sets us apart from the competition. As the construction manager, Makeur can act as the owner’s primary consultant throughout the design, construction and close-out phases of the projects. It takes successful coordination to ensure your project stays on target. In this capacity we evaluate job costs, monitor scheduling, ensure job-site safety, permit processing, perform final punch walks and evaluate workmanship for quality control.
Makeur can provide design services bypassing the traditional route of hiring and managing a designer and consultants. Our team can develop space plans and details from existing pre-built drawings. Providing this service is especially beneficial when projects are not large enough in scale or need to be completed quickly. By integrating the design and building processes allows for a more efficient project plan, more accurate and budget-driven estimates and tighter schedules - which means it saves time and money. Plus, the added convenience of having a unified team working all together under one roof.
We know your business is a valuable asset and that property upgrades and improvements are vital to a portfolio’s marketability and functionality. Having completed numerous improvement projects, our team is uniquely positioned to offer complete in-house services from property condition assessment to cost estimating and scheduling. We are dedicated to staying on schedule and within budget so that our clients can immediately see a return on their investment.
Born and Raised in Israel, after completing service in the IDF, at the age of 22, I moved to Central Florida to acquire my higher education in The University of Central Florida where I graduated with honors. For approximately 15years I have been involved in the Central Florida Real estate market as an investor, contractor, property manager and real estate agent, however, my construction background goes back to Israel where before enlisting in service, I operated heavy machinery constructing commercial retention ponds and large intersections. Today, our construction company, Makeur LLC, renovates and remodels approximately 400 residential properties every year, and we build approximately 35-40 units per year, spec houses and townhouses ranging in value from high $400’s to over $1mm in value.
In the past I successfully purchased and sold hundreds of single-family homes and small apartment complexes taking them from value add to turn key, managing them and selling. Some have been Lake-front multi-family on Lake Fairview in Orlando, Titusville, and others. Those properties I was involved with were both for myself and multiple private and institutional investors, some of which my construction company still service to this day.
